The Flip Side

Of course, no phone is perfect. The X9d is powered by Qualcomm’s mid-range Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 (4 nm) chipset. This isn’t a bleeding-edge flagship chip, so raw performance lags behind the very fastest phones. In practice it handles everyday apps, multitasking and even graphics well, but it won’t match a Snapdragon 8 series in benchmarks. Still, for its price point, the 6 Gen 4 is efficient and gets the job done – a reasonable trade-off for the durability and battery gains you get.
